I’m all about dessert. As a kid it couldn’t come fast enough, and I wasn’t even especially particular about what was served, as long as it was sweet. Now with 25 years in the food service industry behind me, my love for dessert is still strong. But my appreciation for it—especially cheesecake—is more profound.
The creamy, rich smoothness of a Frizzle’s cheesecake is an invition to slow down, relax and savor the moment. I’ve found it has the unique ability to spark good conversation, especially when paired with a great cup of coffee.
My fondest memories of my youth are those centered around the wonderful family meals made for those special events in our lives: holidays, birthdays, graduations, weddings—and just as often, the simple fact that we were all together.
